The use of open innovation methodologies was carried out in parallel, and in a complementary manner, with the adoption of the Lean Startup methodology to promote high-impact entrepreneurship, seeking to link talent and generate, agility and added value by participating in the supply chains identified by the iCluster Ecosystem through value network mapping. This methodology strengthens high-impact entrepreneurship capabilities under the guidance of smart specializations and the innovation lines of the strategic innovation agenda.
